1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and Menang33 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the Menang33 platform at menang33.asia and all related sub-domains or applications.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing any part of the Menang33 platform, or simply browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms stated herein, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy our terms, which form part of this agreement.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Menang33 will notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Menang33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Hold a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or other valid identity document
• Hold a Malaysian bank account or local e-wallet registered in your own name
• Have never previously been banned or barred from using the Menang33 platform
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Menang33 account only. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these terms. Upon confirmation of multi-accounting, Menang33 reserves the right to merge, freeze, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any remaining balances and winnings without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Menang33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of your account information. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

3. Deposit & Payment Methods

Menang33 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank and others)

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount depends on your account's VIP level and chosen payment method. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only — no foreign payment methods or foreign currencies are accepted on the Menang33 platform.

Deposits are typically credited to your Menang33 account within 1 to 10 minutes depending on the payment method. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact the Menang33 support team with proof of transaction for prompt investigation.

Menang33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond Menang33's control. We are not responsible for any fees levied by such third parties.

All funds deposited into your Menang33 account are for betting purposes only. Any attempt to use the Menang33 platform as a vehicle for money transfers or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and your account will be terminated immediately.

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings from your Menang33 account is subject to the following conditions:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per withdrawal transaction
2. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit
3. The payment method used must be registered in your own name – withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
4. Successful identity verification (KYC) is a mandatory requirement before your first withdrawal can be processed
5. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and time of request
6. Progressive jackpot winnings exceeding RM 10,000 subject to additional review within 3 to 7 business days

Menang33 reserves the right to suspend or place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing in the event of suspicious activity, potential fraud, or a breach of terms. All withdrawal decisions are final unless a demonstrable system error has occurred.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Menang33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in their respective bonus terms. The general conditions that apply to all Menang33 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have not previously registered with Menang33
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only – regardless of how many accounts are registered
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements
• Menang33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time with or without notice in the event of misuse or a breach of terms
• Placing bets of a very low value relative to your balance, or exhibiting irregular betting patterns, may be considered bonus abuse and result in cancellation

The Menang33 VIP Programme offers tiered rewards to active members — including weekly cashback, exclusive deposit bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, and access to VIP tables. VIP Programme eligibility and benefits are subject to separate VIP Programme terms available on the VIP Rewards.

Menang33 is not obligated to award bonuses where claims exceed the set limits or are submitted after the bonus validity period has ended. All bonus-related decisions are final.

6. General Game Rules

All games offered on the Menang33 platform – including slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Sports Betting, virtual sports, and progressive jackpots – are subject to the following general rules:

• All game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear and demonstrable evidence of a technical error
• Menang33 uses an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) for all applicable games. All games are fair and random
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface
• Menang33 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the actual outcome of an event is known (in the context of Sports Betting)
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Menang33 will determine a fair outcome based on available system records

For live casino games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack, the dealer's decision is final. Menang33 does not accept queries or disputes regarding outcomes that have already been acknowledged by the live casino system.

For Sports Betting, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, and e-sports – all betting markets are subject to Menang33's separate sports betting rules. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, Menang33's decision shall be final.

7. Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of Menang33's commitment to security and fraud prevention, all members may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal or in specific situations where identity verification is necessary.

Documents that may be required for the KYC process include:

• A copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank account statement or e-wallet account screenshot)
• A selfie holding your MyKad in a specific manner as requested
• Any additional documents deemed necessary by the Menang33 compliance team

Menang33 is committed to completing KYC reviews within 1 to 3 business days from the date of receipt of complete documents. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed. Failure to provide the required documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

All documents submitted for KYC will be handled securely and confidentially in accordance with the Privacy Policy Menang33.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Menang33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Owning or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or the promotions system
• Unwarranted chargeback requests filed through a bank or e-wallet provider
• Threats or harassment directed at staff or other players

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Menang33 support team. Any valid real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in the account will be returned once the KYC process has been completed and any case investigation concluded (where applicable). Voluntary account closure typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

9. Privacy, Security & Data Protection
